Quick Checklist (Do this first)
- Restart your device.
- Check your internet connection and disable VPN/proxy temporarily.
- Confirm you installed the correct product edition/version.
- Remove old trials or conflicting Office versions (common cause of errors).
- Check system date/time is correct.
- Try activation again, then phone activation if available.
Best tip: Most activation issues are caused by mixed editions or old trials. A clean reinstall often fixes it.
Common Issues & Fixes
“Unlicensed Product” / “Activation Required”

Fix steps
- Close all Office apps.
- Open Word/Excel →
File→Account. - Click
Change Product Key(if shown) and re-enter the key. - If prompted to sign in, sign out of any wrong Microsoft account and retry.
- Restart your PC and open Office again.
If Office was installed from a trial or Microsoft Store edition, uninstall it first and install the correct edition before activating.
“This product key has already been used”

- Confirm you installed the correct edition/version (mismatch causes this message).
- If you reinstalled Windows/Office, reactivation may be required.
- Try phone activation if the option appears.
- If still blocked, contact us so we can verify and guide you.
Windows key error (example: 0xC004F050 / invalid product key)

- Open
Settings→System→Activation. - Click
Change product keyand re-enter your key. - Confirm you are activating the correct edition (Home vs Pro mismatch causes failure).
- Restart and try again.
If your Windows edition doesn’t match your key, you may need to switch to the correct edition before activation.
Office won’t install / installation stops

- Restart your device and try again.
- Temporarily disable antivirus (only during install) and retry.
- Ensure you have enough disk space.
- Uninstall old Office trials and reboot before installing.
- Run the installer as Administrator (Windows).
Sign-in problems / “We can’t sign you in”

- Check date/time settings are correct.
- Disable VPN/proxy and retry.
- Sign out from Office → restart → sign in again.
- Try another browser if activation uses a web sign-in.
Didn’t receive the delivery email

- Search your inbox for “Druino” or your order number.
- Make sure you entered the correct email at checkout.
- If not received within 24 hours, contact support for resend.
Phone activation not showing

- Try online activation first, then reopen Office and check again.
