Important Notice
Microsoft Office and related software are licensed by Microsoft Corporation under Microsoft’s standard licence terms. These Microsoft terms are incorporated by reference into this EULA. Druino acts as a reseller/distributor of software licences and this EULA supplements Microsoft’s licensing conditions with additional terms relating to the commercial transaction, delivery, and support.Key point: If there is any conflict between this EULA and Microsoft’s official licence terms,
Microsoft’s terms prevail for matters relating to the software itself. This EULA applies to sale, delivery,
support, and reseller-related conditions.
1. Licence Grant & Scope
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Druino grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Microsoft Office software in accordance with the applicable licence type and Microsoft’s licence terms.Software Licence Rights

Mandatory Product Activation
Microsoft Office typically requires activation within a limited period after installation. Activation helps confirm software authenticity and enforces device limits for each licence.- Activation generally occurs automatically during installation when connected to the internet

5. Intellectual Property Rights

6. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Warranty Limitations
Except for the express guarantees above, software is provided on an “as-is” basis and we disclaim all other warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.- No warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation
- No guarantee of compatibility with future operating system updates
- Performance may vary depending on device configuration
- Microsoft may discontinue support for older versions under its lifecycle policy
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Druino’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license key. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Nothing in this EULA limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.7. Licence Termination
This EULA may terminate automatically if you breach the licence terms or usage restrictions, including:- Using unauthorised or pirated activation methods
- Installing on more devices than permitted
- Key sharing, resale, or misuse
- Material breach of Microsoft’s terms
Effects of Termination
- You must stop using the software and uninstall it from all devices
- You may retain your created documents and data
- Warranty disclaimers and liability limitations survive termination
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer laws apply.Resolution Steps
