Activation Guide
This guide explains how to download, install, and activate your Microsoft software purchased from Druino. If you get an activation error, follow the troubleshooting steps below or contact support.

1) Before You Start
- Check your email for your license key and instructions.
- Make sure your device meets requirements (use our Compatibility Checker page).
- Uninstall old trial versions (this avoids many activation errors).
- Use a stable internet connection for online activation.
Tip: If you already have Microsoft Office installed, confirm you’re activating the same edition/version you purchased.
2) Download & Install
Microsoft Official Download
We recommend downloading only from Microsoft official sources when available.
Use your product instructions email for the correct link and version.
Installation Notes
Close all Office apps before installing. Temporarily disable conflicting Office trials if needed.
Always restart your device after installation.
Typical Install Steps (Windows)
- Download the installer from the provided instructions.
- Run the installer and follow on-screen prompts.
- Restart your PC after installation.
Typical Install Steps (macOS)
- Download the installer from the provided instructions.
- Open the package and drag Office apps if required.
- Restart your Mac after installation.
3) Activate Your Product
Option A: Online Activation (Recommended)
- Open an Office app (Word / Excel).
- Go to
File→Account(orOffice Account). - Select
Change Product Key(if shown). - Enter your license key exactly as provided.
- Follow prompts to complete activation.
Option B: Phone Activation (If Online Fails)
- When prompted, choose
Activate by phone. - Select your country/region.
- Call the displayed number and follow automated instructions.
- Enter the Installation ID when asked.
- Enter the Confirmation ID provided to complete activation.
Important: Phone activation availability depends on Microsoft policies and the product edition.
If you can’t see the phone option, contact us and we will guide you.
4) Common Activation Errors & Fixes
“This product key has already been used”
- Confirm you are installing the correct edition/version.
- If you reinstalled Office, activation may require reactivation steps.
- Try phone activation or contact support for verification.
“We can’t activate Office right now”
- Check your internet connection and system date/time.
- Restart your device and try again.
- Temporarily disable VPN/proxy and retry.
Office opens as “Unlicensed Product”
- Close all Office apps and reopen, then go to
Account. - Sign out of any wrong Microsoft account and sign in again (if required).
- Re-enter the key using
Change Product Key.
Good to know: Many issues are caused by old trial versions or mixed editions.
A clean reinstall often resolves activation problems.
5) Reinstall / Device Change
If you reinstall Windows/macOS or replace major hardware, Microsoft may request reactivation. If that happens:- Install the correct edition again
- Try online activation
- If needed, use phone activation
- Contact support if you are blocked
