1. Important License Notice
Software products sold by Druino are licensed, not sold. The license keys provided grant you the right to use the software in accordance with the applicable publisher’s license terms. Druino acts as a reseller or distributor of software licenses and does not develop or own the underlying software.Important: Ownership of the software remains with the original
software publisher (for example, Microsoft Corporation).
2. License Grant & Scope
Upon successful payment, Druino grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software license key supplied, subject to:- The specific license type purchased
- The product description shown at checkout
- The publisher’s End User License Agreement (EULA)
- This License Agreement and our Terms of Service
3. License Types
License permissions vary depending on the product and license type purchased. Examples include:- ✓ Personal / Home licenses for individual use
- ✓ Business licenses for commercial use
- ✓ Professional or enterprise licenses
4. License Key Delivery & Activation
License keys are delivered digitally and require activation in accordance with the software publisher’s activation process.- Each license key has a limited number of permitted activations
- Activation may require an internet connection or phone verification
- Reactivation may be required after significant hardware changes
5. License Restrictions
The following actions are strictly prohibited:- ✗ Sharing license keys with unauthorized users
- ✗ Installing on more devices than permitted
- ✗ Reselling, sublicensing, or transferring license keys
- ✗ Using a personal license for commercial purposes where not permitted
- ✗ Circumventing activation or licensing systems
6. Refunds & License Validity
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Once a license key has been activated or an activation attempt has been made, the license may no longer be eligible for a refund, except where required by UK consumer protection laws.7. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the software products remain the property of their respective publishers. This License Agreement does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you.8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Druino shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use a software license. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license key. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.9. License Termination
This license may be terminated immediately if you breach this Agreement, misuse a license key, or violate the publisher’s license terms.- Right to use the software ends immediately
- You must cease use and uninstall the software
- Termination does not entitle you to a refund
10. Governing Law
This License Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection laws apply.11. Contact Information
